“Given that I have completed the unconscious bias training, in which it was drilled into me that diverse workplaces are absolutely vital for successful workplace environments, I was shocked and appalled to see that you say that one of the risk factors that may increase the likelihood of sexual harassment in the workplace is, and I quote, "an influx of individuals from different cultures and nationalities". Are you saying that some nationalities have a greater proclivity to commit sexual offences and that you need others to keep them in check? This seems to be a completely false and racist accusation.”
