“I found some of the wording confusing such as referring to anti-harassment policy but then only focussing on 'sexual harassment' as the latter comes under the former so this could have done with clarification. similarly the use of the word 'confront' regarding the perpetrator. If you are a victim of unwanted behaviours the last thing you want to be is confrontational. I think it would be better to say "speak" to the perpetrator”
