“Having had a member of my team experience sexual harassment in the workplace, I think the course needs to be more explicit with examples of what is not acceptable. I feel this course was too vague in that respect. It is very clear through discussions with others that many males do not understand or take seriously things that they believe are not serious, but actually cause serious upset and hurt to others. This should not be taken lightly and I think this course needs to highlight the seriousness of sexual harassment in a more direct way than this course has done.”
