“Good and informative. You should change the question that references the use of a step ladder to clear guttering ( as that is deemed working at height) as it conflicts with the rail works, as both procedures should require a PTW. Finally on your first training module the trainer states "evacuation" when the word spells "excavation".”

Hi Simon, Thank you for your review, it's great to hear you found the course informative! As for the question, that particular example is a case where a PTW would not be necessary. Working at height does indeed require a PTW where it is high risk, but using a step ladder to clear guttering is not considered high risk.
