“When selecting an incorrect response it would be helpful to the learner to provide the correct response/ an additional explanation rather than directing them back to the previous information.”

Hi Victoria, thank you for your review and feedback! The reason we don’t show the correct answer if you have answered a question incorrectly is that we want to encourage our learners to recap the areas where they went wrong to ensure they fully understand the material. You can also take the end assessment as many times as you like at no extra cost. I will definitely pass this feedback on though to see if it is something we can look at for the future. Many thanks!
