“There were some questions that were answered where the correct answer was given but it would be incorrect and be inconsistent with it's answers”

There is only one correct answer for each question, so if you do get a moment, please do let us know which questions these were and I will certainly get this looked into for you! “Not all elements were relevant to secondary education settings. Some of the boxes on the work book had to be completed by hand rather than typed as wrap-around text could not be implemented.”
