“I enrolled in this course to find a suitable program for my organization's needs, and I found it to be highly beneficial, especially when used alongside the workbook. The proactive and de-escalation strategies were explained very clearly, and the opportunity to reflect on situations within my own context was invaluable for developing new practices moving forward. However, I believe the 3-hour completion estimate is unrealistic if you want to fully engage with the material; that said, it’s great that the course allows you to work at your own pace. One area for improvement is the inclusion of additional reading towards the end of the presentation. I found it less useful, as it led to simply clicking through the slides. It would be more effective to offer these resources outside of the course presentation.”
