“I needed to update previous level 2 certificate as I volunteer regularly in a church kitchen. I needed a course easy to access in my own time. This one fitted the bill perfectly as I thought I would be able to do it in several sessions. As it turned out I used a spare Saturday to complete it having reread the information before signing up. The information and instructions were clear.”
