“Five stars. Very well balanced course. I found the summary at the end of each unit very useful. Improvement suggestion: doing the exercises a bit more interactive, for example, a visual exercise with different situations using photographs or drawings in a food industry factory for the learner to find or point out possible issues which can attract pests. Thanks”
