“The course was easy to comprehend however it was a bit slow even on the 'fast' setting and I would have preferred it if all of the text was on the screen to begin with rather that waiting for it to load”

As a responsible training provider, we do need to make sure that all the information is taken in by the learner, and due to the narrator reading out the text, we need to also make sure that they align.
