Good course to upscale knowledge and skills. Not over powering however, informative and useful.

I enjoyed module 1. Module 2 was too repetitive of module 1 and therefore slow. The examples in module 3 on slides 7 and 13 were ridiculous.

The question to select one example of a bias during recruitment includes what I believe to have two examples of bias in the answers ("Refusing to offer the job to a "millenial" because they are often thought to lack job loyalty" and "Refusing to offer an interview to someone who has experienced depression as people with mental health problems are often disruptive at work"). In this case, the first option (Refusing to hire a millenial) was deemed correct, implying that you believe the latter is true. From what I've learnt in the course is this your own bias?!

Well worth the time to take part in this course, I think there could be other further useful modules like, mental health in the workplace, working from home, line managers and communication.
