“I was cross with myself for getting one of the assessment questions wrong, but I will get over it! This was a well developed and carefully considered course. Narration is clear and relevant, questions are prompt and allow for reflection on what has been learned. If only all companies adopted the policies outlined in this course...”

“Very repetitive in places. Lots on understanding the concept but less on how to combat UB in the workplace. Arguments for the benefits of diversity not always convincing.”
