“Extremely useful course, good pacing. I like the downloadable worksheets that I can keep. The only bit I didn't understand was the last bullet point on the toxic relationships slide - what does 'you might have to consider where to go' mean? I don't think the physical health section should be illustrated with a picture of a tape measure as the content does not refer to body size. These are very minor criticisms - overall I rate the course as excellent.”
