“Informative training. The tests were good but it could have been divided into adult social care and then more detailed care for the NHS and maybe mixed in the use of the videos. Also the training slides audio didn’t appear to work for me.”

Hello Christopher, thank you for the review and your feedback. It's great to hear you enjoyed the course and found the training to be informative! We have plans to incorporate video into the training and are very excited to do so but, right now, sourcing the equipment required and being able to film to a standard we'd be happy with hasn't been possible for us to do. Unlike our other courses, we have made the decision not to include an audio voice over at this time to ensure we can make changes reflecting government guidance as quickly as possible. This is something we will be adding to the course shortly and all courses will be automatically updated when this is available.
