“An informative and clear course. In the assessment, what is there to gain by testing respondents on which legislation certain terminology came from (e.g. children in need etc.)? There seems to me to be little practical benefit in such questions. Shouldn't the assessment be designed to assess the respondent's ability to put what they have learned into practice?”

“There was a lot of information, but it was broken up well by reflection points, by scenarios and multiple choice quizzes and videos. Also enjoyed the option of having it read aloud which made it easier to take in. Great training!”
