“I am really shocked at the lack of depth and built in opportunities for reflection of this course. It concerns me that someone who is not conscientious could pass this very easily, with minimal consideration to the issues involved. Also the cost of 72 pounds is extortionate for what is basically a power point presentation with a few questions thrown in. I would expect much more in-depth presentation, reflection exercises and a higher level of questioning for the assessment. When I got a question wrong, the assessment simply moved on to the next question without giving me reasons for a question being incorrect or requiring me to find the correct answer. Very, very disappointed and concerned. I paid for our deputy to do this course so we could work through it and discuss points, and feel for 140.00 for the both of us, frankly quite ripped off.”

“Q25 - I would have got this answer correct if not for this training. I wrote down the 4 levels of Working Together and in the information EHA is connected to EMG. If not for this information, I would have instinctively gone for LOW to the question about what level EHA comes in.”
