“ALL common sense nothing learned that wasnt already known took 3 hours to sit through something that can be completed in a generous 20 minutes thanks for wasting 3 hours of my life”

The COVID-19 Essentials: Infection Prevention & PPE is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course! “This training was very thorough and very very basic. The trainer read out from the screen every word on every page. The information assumes no knowledge of Covid-19 and explains the virus and its transmission clearly. There is nothing particularly engaging about the training. The subject matter is very dry. We asked our cleaning lady to do the training but actually it was too much - 3 hours and not specific enough about her job and her role. The training is trying to cover too many job roles.”
