“this course took longer than 3 hours. I always find you state your course duration is wrong. i'm not slow but you do need to take notes”

Although we do give an approximate timescale for our courses it is just a guide as we understand that everyone learns at different speeds and often people make notes as you mention, whilst they complete the course which can mean it takes longer to complete.
