“Very informative, however one of the pictures in the last module (p6) shows a factory worker holding a clipboard which has the chonostratigraphic chart shown on it, which is a record of geological history and has no bearing, as far as I can see, on HACCP or food safety. Plus a fair amount of the pictures show people wearing hairnets with hair hanging out which is a bad representation of accurate food safety measures.”
