“In-depth knowledge and key information about Food safety management and HACCP methods. All the modules are well laid out and in any order which is very understanding. Looking forward to bool level 4 and HACCP implementations method. As a supervisor, this Level 3 supervising is very important and made me understand the importance of HACCP systems, COSHH”
