“Very good! An excellent online course covering the fundamental theoretical knowledge of HACCP- Level 2 with example question and answer style multiple choice throughout. Would highly recommend for those in catering, retail or food manufacturing wishing to refresh their knowledge and have a better understanding of HACCP. The online course took roughly 3 hours if going through the theory in detail, finished off by a 30 multiple choice question assessment. No time limits mean that the theory could be revisited at any time to suit your needs prior to the final assessment.”
