“This is the 3rd or 4th time I have renewed my HACCP, so work experience certainly has helped. think that I wold have become overwhelmed with all of the additional pages to open/ download. However, they are useful. AS always, I misunderstood one question. I will go back to module 2 as advised, but the wording of question re buying uncooked breaded chicken breast and will it not be classed as high risk I don't think is at all clear. It would be helpful to be given the correct answer to at least be clear about what you are looking for.”
