Some of the information appears simple, but from experience can be negative eg: saying that mindfulness can be a good tool for mental wellbeing, gives the illusion that it is very safe. Having followed a mindfulness course, I can tell you that it can have negative effects including disturbing dreams and triggering mental and physical feelings that were under control. You give the impression that it is safe to come off medication whenever you want to, and although you briefly mention you should talk to your GP, this is not emphasised clearly enough.

Hello, thank you for your review and feedback! I’m sorry to hear you have had a negative experience with mindfulness practices. Generally people do get on well with mindfulness and we do state that it CAN help, not that it is guaranteed to help. When we come to review the course we can make a note to state that there could be side effects so it's up to their discretion to whether they want to try it. We are also sorry to hear you feel we give the impression that it is safe to come off medication. In the course we do state and advise that you must ensure you speak to your GP before you stop taking medication and that a patient must talk to the GP before they come off medication. I have passed on your comments to our content team and they will be looking into this further for future versions of the course. Again, thank you for your review and should you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us! Kindest Regards! Ellie (Customer Support, High Speed Training)

I certainly made me think about mental health awareness as a person I 'cope' with different things but has made me see lots of issues differently
