“The format of the training is fine but it would benefit from :- 1. Something more than fixed slides - eg video clips or similar to illustrate points 2. Changing narrators from time to time during the course . The same voice, whilst perfectly clear and pleasant, becomes boring and tiring to listen to over such a long time period.”
