“Not good at all .If any exercise question is answered incorrectly then the course will not move to next page and the student have to struggle because if call for help the High speed training people are always busy so to move one page hours and hours required. This is not professional. Always there is a option if student cant do a question then they can come back to the question not just stop the whole course at one point. Its not instructor led course.”

There are several ways to get in touch with the Support team at High Speed Training. Even if the phone line is busy, an option to leave a voicemail can be taken, which we will always respond back to. As well as this, you can reach out to us by email through support@highspeedtraining.co.uk to get in touch. I have checked the system and it seems that you did not contact us by email regarding this course when you were struggling. If this happens again in the future, please do let us know by emailing us if our phone lines are busy, or leaving us a voicemail! We want to resolve your issue as fast as possible so that you can continue the course sooner. In addition to this, you can continue a different part of the course if you are waiting on a response from us. If you go back to the module list of the course, you are given an option to start a different module, which will help with your overall course progress if you do get stuck on a question.
