“as a fast reader and learner I found the pace a bit frustrating - also I felt it was possibly prejudicial against people with learning difficulties, ADHD or dyslexia, because it was very text heavy and I feel it would be better if there were more diagrams explaining accidents and positioning - those that there were were sometimes unclear or relied on reading the text to make them make sense.”

“The course is very information-rich, but low on engagement and interactivity. I also think basic accessibility features should be added, such as close captions and information chunking. From the instructional design perspective, I would advise against using one-to-one text to audio, as it may cause cognitive overload. I did appreciate the option of switching off audio. Finally, the training - being so general - is not that applicable to the office / work from home context.”
