“This is a great course and I have given it 5 stars as I think it covers all the necessary information in a very accessible way. There is however, one issue I found on the exercise about safe temperatures for food which is: the second question says "To ensure food is thoroughly cooked it must be COOKED at..." and then gives 3 possible answers, the correct one of which is "70 degrees C for 2 minutes". As such, there is clearly an error in the question and should instead read "To ensure food is thoroughly cooked it must be CHECKED at..." I would suggest fixing this typo as a misunderstanding could lead someone to think that food cooked at 70 degrees for 2 minutes is sufficient to make it safe, which of course it is not.”
