Some of the assessment question are mis leading. For example. How to minimise bacteria growth. you had 2 options that were the correct answer. 1 - keep food below 5°c & keep foods below 5°c and 63°c Both are correct but the one I chose said it was incorrect. Just a little mis leading

The assessment questions need to detail what specific you are looking for. So the temperature of disinfection is that dishwater, CIP, or hot water?
