“Takes to long on slides, making it go quicker or have the information put on instantly would be more effective and reduce time taken”

The course is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course! Unfortunately, we have to be very careful to ensure that our learners are taking the information in, if we just displayed the text there would be a risk that the information wouldn't be read through properly.. “Training slides were excellent. My only comment was on the assessment questions. Some were ridiculously simple while others had answers that did not seem to match the training. e.g. the question about the most common injuries from manual handling where lacerations were listed as most common injuries but this was not the correct answer.”
