“I'm usually very sceptical of "On Line" training and believe that face to face sessions are better because of the opportunity for interaction with other delegates and the instructor. However, I can honestly say that I have been very impressed with the standard of my on line course from HST and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. My only observation is that I found a the wording of a few questions ambiguous, that said I would still rate it at 9.5/10, certainly my best on line training experience.”
