Very well put together package that helped remind and reinforce some of the intricacies in this space with language. Under Adoption early on there's a reference to "... partner of the main carer is eligible for paternity leave" which assumes the partner of the main carer is male... you may wish to re-evaluate that :-) Bravo.

Course was a good refresher and reminder around the topic of equality and diversity, easy to use platform to complete the training. Would have benefitted by incorporating some more interactive learning methodologies/activities as it was very much listen/read through each slide which became tedious towards the end.
