Some examples given I found were discriminatory. Example: 5 senior white men. Numerous women juniors of mixed race. Company should promote a woman of colour to senior role. Why not any woman to be promoted no matter what their skin colour.

Very well put together package that helped remind and reinforce some of the intricacies in this space with language. Under Adoption early on there's a reference to "... partner of the main carer is eligible for paternity leave" which assumes the partner of the main carer is male... you may wish to re-evaluate that :-) Bravo.
