“questions where answers can be more than one but only one choice is acceptable is not acceptable. i.e "if someone tells you they are trans what must you NOT do" they 2 correct answers 'tell everyone' AND 'enforce strict dress code'. In the learnings it does say an employer who is diverse and accepting of genders and sexualities cannot enforce a strict dress code where it would make someone uncomfortable. Therefore there are 2 correct answers. Questions must be clear with a clear answer.”
