“Hello, I am afraid to say that the following question is flawed; Assessment question; Advertising a job for ‘recent graduates only’ may discriminate against which characteristic? The options of; Sex, Disability, Age and Marriage are not suitable. The question only draws out an unconscious bias and guides you to select age. I have to be honest and say this is flaw in the training here, a recent graduate can be of any age whatsoever. Please can this training be corrected and lets do our best to create that inclusive culture and remove unconscious bias as much as we can. The test portrays the correct answer as age, which as I have pointed out is not correct at all”
