“- The course includes no information on what to do when protected characteristics clash. This is highlighted by some of your 'this may be an example' - Many females find the term 'pregnant people' offensive including myself. - The assessment is very slow and frustrating - improvements should be made to the software. - The course content seems confused is it aimed at companies, managers or individuals?”
