“A well balance training experience using clear and prescriptive dialog with plenty of good examples. The additional links are a good idea as well. Thank you and keep up the great work in raising awareness in this important, but sometimes miss understood, area of human interaction.”

“Comprehensive course but having two voices or more distinct pauses between stansas would have made the longer sections easier to follow (the pace of the voice over was correct, there just wasn't clear separation between idea/paragraphs etc)”

“some modules are overlong and the final set of 20 questions are quite tricky because of the length of modules. I got the feeling that I passed this course more by luck than having a depth of knowledge obtained during the course. It did however indicate some surprising things I was not aware of. Good course all the same”
