“It would have been improved by more videos and more of the interactive content (the little tests) - it was presented like an audiobook with the narrator reading a textbook - I suffered from information overload, reaching saturation point before the end of the course and as a lot of the material was similar in nature it got confused in my mind and I wasn't able to remember some things e.g. the different laws and policies presented.”
