“Positives of the course were that it was concise, good for a work environment as it can be picked up and put down, provided some reference to extra reading materials, Things which could be improved were the amount of material given, there could be more extra reading, different (optional) exercises, as the questions given don't make you engage much in the course. I think I would have really benefitted from thinking more in depth about the material, and mock exercises. Personally I did not like the speed at which the material was presented to align it with talking speed, I would have preferred it I could have read at my own speed. I think the material would have benefitted from an interactive element, possibly with other people, although I understand this may not be possible.”

“Good training for HACCP. Level 2 HACCP training included lots of useful templates which helped to support the learning. Not sure why this course didn't include any additional templates or tools?”
