Hello Paul, Thank you for your lovely review, it’s very kind of you! I’m glad you enjoyed the course. I hope that the knowledge you gained will help you in the future. You look to have given the course 1 star, if this was an error we would really appreciate it if you could amend the score. Congratulations on passing your course and please don't hesitate to contact us directly. Many thanks! Nicola (Customer Support, High Speed Training)

One question on the assessment section was misleading. It read 'what should be done during primary assessment after verbal response is not given'. Within the modules, a video displayed light arm tapping, followed by gentle shoulder shaking. My response to the question was light arm tapping (which would then be followed by gentle shoulder shaking). However, the question was marked as incorrect - stating you should engage the shoulders immediately and not the tops of the arms. Therefore, I should have received a correct mark for that question, but did not.

Hello Lewis, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and feedback. I have reached out to our content team to pass on your comments. They have struggled to find a question that is 'What should be done during primary assessment after verbal response is not given' as a question in our assessment. They think possibly the question may be, 'During the primary survey you must check the casualty for a response. If the casualty does respond, what should you do next?'. If it was this question Lewis, it asks what should be done if the casualty does respond, in which case there is no need to tap them on the arm. The correct answer is to concentrate on attending to any injuries or wounds that they have. I hope this helps and if it's the this question please don't hesitate to come back to me. Kind regards, Nicola

There is always something new to learn or remember from doing such courses. Being able to work at my own pace makes it feel less stressful especially if you suffer from examination nerves.
