This course gave me the right kind of learning materials. It was not too brief nor was it too long. I sincerely hope to make use of what I have learned here and support children in class.

It was wonderful getting insight into the SEND needs of the child. The content given assisted in understanding the practical approaches. Also, the strategies and case studies mentioned helped in understanding the difficulty needs of the child.

As a parent of a child who was ‘missed’ I think more emphasis on the fact that pupils who are achieving academically but perhaps struggling mentally should be included. Similarly mention of masking being a common issue with those on the autistic spectrum would be useful.
