“A very detailed, interesting and informative course. I had very limited prior knowledge and this course provided practical and theoretical information, which was presented in a very user friendly format. I liked the printable downloads. I wrote lots of notes. It was helpful having a printable summary of the course but I would have appreciated being able to print off all of the learning materials i.e. the actual detailed course content, as there is a huge amount to learn and I like to go back and re-read the information to refresh my memory.”
