Generally good but a more interactive learning approach would be more effective. Drop down boxes with multiple answers in each sentence for example.

I would have liked an opportunity to download the free form again at the end. Some of the questions lacked clarity - it is unhelpful to assess people with questions that hinge on linguistic interpretation such as 'overall responsibility', which means nothing without further qualifiers such as nationally, institutionally, in a select team? Otherwise the information was clearly laid out and the quiz questions at the end of each section acted as useful memory aides.

I was hoping to have more information on how the reviewing and updating of risk assessments could/should be recorded perhaps with a specific example to illustrate.
