Hi Michael, thank you for your review and feedback! I’m sorry that you aren’t completely happy with the training you received. The Level 1 Food Hygiene course designed for people who don’t work directly with preparing or handling food, but work in an environment where food is handled elsewhere. Perhaps you may benefit from a more in depth course which is the Level 2 Food Hygiene. As the Level 2 course is designed to help anyone who handles, prepares or serves food in the catering industry understand their legal responsibilities and know what constitutes best practice, there is a lot more information packed in there!
