“The first question "Equipment for raw AND high risk food, such as chopping boards" has room for interpretation and left me speculating various contexts from that single question. I think the question should not be so ambiguous. I did not have a problem with any of the other questions on the final exam. The training question that asks me to move a bunch of item into high and low risk food was also a little off-putting due to the tinned tomatoes not specifying if they were open or closed. Opened tins would not be low risk.”
