Morning Paul, Thank you for your review and your feedback on our Driver Awareness course. I’m sorry to hear that you felt the course was slow. Our courses are very in-depth and cover a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course! If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. All the best! Vicky (Customer Support, High Speed Training)

There is an exercise on the coarse which is incorrect. Question asked what is the speed limit for cars and vans on certain roads. Vans and cars have different speed limits on dual carriageways and single carriagways. Eg nation speed limit for a car on a single carriageway is 60mph but for a van it’s 50mph.

So a couple of comments - I was told as a first aider that if someone with a crash helmet is not breathing then you remove the helmet to resuscitate - with potential paralysis being better than certain death? Also course refers to Highways England - this is now out of date they call themselves National Highways and have done for about 2 years now. I know i used to have to deal with them.

The slides move at a different rate from the audio track, so the slide displays items far before the audio reads so it is distracting from what is being said. The voice track is monotonous, obviously a computer generated voice. Could at least have different types of voices for different sections to break it up. Very text heavy, each section could be more to the point to be more memorable.
