i only left a 2 star as i got super stressed doing the test at the end, this was because i am dyslectic and found that i could not understand how the questions which i got wrong were written! I understood all of the trainings videos, but the way some of the questions were written i just did not understand. when i got to these questions i knew i was going to get them wrong even though i understood all of the training that went with it, placing things into different categories such as open conversation and closed, and ended didn't make sense to me the the sentence's i knew which were wrong and which were right so i could not get the question correct. And i feel that many people will have this same problem as myself. it is very similar as understanding verbs and nouns, another concept i understand but can not spot in sentences because of my disability.

Very helpful and very educational. Recommend this course from early stages at schools so that from young age children know how to interact with each other politely and keep building up an educational caracter that will help them in the future with communicating.
