“Interesting and covered a lot. It doesn't seem to let retake the final quick question to better your mark and the tone sometimes comes across a bit dehumanising and potentially 'work foremost and life secondary', though this may just be my perspective.”

It may be worth checking the course settings within your account to see if the audio was switched on if you haven't already and also that the audio on your device is working on another platform e.g. YouTube.
