Insulting, very easy to pass as long as you can sit through the dire slideshow and frustratingly simplistic corporate speak. Simple questions seemingly deliberately poorly phrased to get a higher failure rate than one would if written plainly without the intent to trick or confuse people. I would imagine this is done to make their service seem to help more than it does (with people passing the second time once they've figured out how the questions are misleading) and make the course seem worth more than it is

Our course is designed to provide retail workers with the necessary skills and techniques needed to put the customer first and go above and beyond with their service. Our assessments are there to make sure the learner has understood the content in the training, but definitely aren't designed to trick anyone or make the course seem worth more.
