“Information is clearly and well presented. Course is accessible and it easy to navigate Quizzes at the end of each module or useful. It would be beneficial to use these more often to keep the learner better engaged. A lot of information has to be absorbed by the learner before they are required to use it. I like how there are links to further information if the learner wants this and is interested in finding out more. I like how the learner gets instant feedback after each question in the assessment and an instant result at the end. I also think it is good that the learner can download a certificate instsntly if they need it right away. Overall, this is a good service.”

We do try and keep the course as interactive as we can without leading away from the subject by including mini exercises along the way.
