“There is no such thing as positive discrimination. Discrimination in and of itself is unlawful based on any protected characteristic, unless justified by the specific needs of the role/function as the example used in the training, such as a priest being a catholic. We should be aiming for equality of opportunity, NOT equality of outcome.”
